  • Book onto our “principles” sessions to master the core principles before graduating up to our regular classes. Everyone is welcome.

  • In Claverley, near Bridgnorth. At High Grosvenor farm. There is ample parking at the front of the barn our at the rear of the farm. The entrance is at the back of the building.

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, recovering from injury, or already active, we’ll help you move safely and confidently.

  • Even one session a week can make a difference, but many clients see the best results attending 2–3 times weekly. Our team can help you plan what’s right for your goals and lifestyle.

  • You can purchase individual sessions, discounted blocks, or take advantage of our membership incentives right here on our website. If you need help choosing, just get in touch.

  • When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically try to book the first person on the waitlist into the class. If the first person’s payment method fails, the system will automatically move to the next person in the list.

    You can see where you are on the waitlist on your end. Each customer will receive a SMS confirming that they have been booked from the waitlist into the class. No customers will automatically be booked off the waitlist after the waitlist cut-off.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will result in the loss of your class credit. Please make sure to cancel through our booking system, —unfortunately, we can’t process cancellations through social media, Email or Text.

    Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on your ability to book future classes.

  • Unfortunately we are not currently able to facilitate pregnancy in our classes. Whilst we do look to add specific classes in future. We look forward to welcoming you after birth, for some pre-natal classes.

  • You will need to be at least 6 weeks post-partum for a natural birth and 10 weeks for a c-section. You will need to have been signed off by your medical professional for safe entry back into exercise.
